Shipping policy

SexDollUSA ships adult products within the United States with discreet packaging. Orders are fulfilled by Sastem Inc.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If your order cannot be delivered to the address provided, we will contact you at the email used at checkout.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for special-order items. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships (when tracking is available).

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, standard US delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and the delivery option you choose. Any free-shipping offers will be shown clearly on the storefront and at checkout when they apply.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no product description on the outside of the carton. Billing descriptors on your payment statement will use a discreet merchant name where our payment provider allows it.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email the tracking number to the address on your order. You can also contact us if you need help locating a shipment.

Delivery issues

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate. For damaged shipments, please keep the packaging and contact us with photos as soon as possible.
